HeatSafe Systems founder has been involved in the development of fire tanker radiant heat shield systems since 2010. During his time working within the technical textile industry, he played a key role in the design, development, material selection, prototyping, testing, and field implementation of some of the earliest dedicated radiant heat shielding systems used on Australian firefighting vehicles.
This hands-on experience provided a deep understanding of the thermal challenges faced by firefighting crews and the performance requirements of heat shielding systems operating in real-world bushfire conditions. Today, that knowledge continues to influence the development of practical, effective thermal protection solutions that help safeguard Australian firefighters.
